Booking duration
Standard self-service stays are 7–30 nights. Extended stays over 30 nights require prior association approval and must be arranged with the owner.
House rules
- Check-in is after 4:00 PM; check-out is by 10:00 AM.
- No smoking or vaping.
- No parties or events.
- Quiet hours are 10:00 PM–8:00 AM.
- Only reserved guests may stay overnight; maximum occupancy is 4.
- Pets require prior written approval and must comply with condominium association requirements.
- Use assigned parking and follow posted community rules.
- Please keep noise at a reasonable level.
Cancellation
- 30 or more days before check-in: full refund.
- 14–29 days before check-in: 50% of accommodation charges refunded.
- Less than 14 days before check-in: accommodation charges are non-refundable.
- Cleaning fees are refunded if the stay has not begun.
- If the owner cancels, all amounts paid will be refunded.
