Terms

Reservations are for the dates and guest count confirmed at booking. Standard online stays are 7–30 nights; stays longer than 30 nights require prior condominium association approval and must be arranged with the owner.

Payment

Payment is required to confirm a reservation. Card payments are processed by Helcim.

House rules

• Check-in is after 4:00 PM; check-out is by 10:00 AM.
• No smoking or vaping.
• No parties or events.
• Quiet hours are 10:00 PM–8:00 AM.
• Only reserved guests may stay overnight; maximum occupancy is 4.
• Pets require prior written approval and must comply with condominium association requirements.
• Use assigned parking and follow posted community rules.
• Please keep noise at a reasonable level.

Cancellation

• 30 or more days before check-in: full refund.
• 14–29 days before check-in: 50% of accommodation charges refunded.
• Less than 14 days before check-in: accommodation charges are non-refundable.
• Cleaning fees are refunded if the stay has not begun.
• If the owner cancels, all amounts paid will be refunded.

Other conditions

Use assigned parking and follow posted community rules. Guests are responsible for damage beyond ordinary wear. If the owner cancels, all amounts paid will be refunded. Amenities not listed on this site are not guaranteed.
